We would like to invite you to a bid writing taster session that will aim to:

Explore the process behind successful bid writing
Drive home the need to engage early, plan and manage time
Appreciate that saying NO is an option – but when and how to decide
In groups, delegates will take part in two workshops:

Workshop One: Define the bid writing process itself – when to start

Workshop Two: Define a bid/no-bid process

Finally each workshop will be scored and the winning team will receive a prize.
